Give your child a wholesome and fun experience that promotes confidence and self-esteem with dance classes from Premier Tumbling & Dance. Our classes are a great way to introduce children of all ages to the world of dance. We have several styles of dance to choose from.
Our Twinkle Stars and Shining Stars Programs are designed to promote progression and development as students grow.
Twinkle Star Classes
Twinkle Star Ballet/Tumbling Combo - 2 ½ - 3 ½ years
30 minute introductory dance class for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 year olds contains ballet, creative movement and tumbling. Young dancers learn the necessary steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive environment. Ballet shoes needed.
Twinkle Star Dance Combo - Ages 3-6 years
Twinkle Star Dance Combo is an age-specific, 45-minute class containing ballet, tap, and jazz/creative movement. The purpose of the class is to introduce young dancers to the three styles of dance and inspire movement and creativity within a positive environment. Dancers also learn basic steps and terminology in all three styles. For example, all dancers will learn what a “plié” is and how to demonstrate one.
Twinkle Star Ballet/Tumbling Combo - 3-6 years
This is a combination class spending a half hour learning tumbling and strength skills as taught in the tot tumblers class. Also, a half hour of ballet as described in Ballet 1.
Attire for all Twinkle Star classes:
Sparkle leotard and footed or convertible tights for Dance Combos and convertible tights for Ballet/Tumbling Combos. Ballet shoes (no slippers) and either tap or jazz shoes for Dance Combo Classes. Hair should be pulled back in a bun. No jewelry.

Hip Hop Classes - Mini Star, Rising Star, Shooting Star, All Star
A high-energy class that will get you moving to today's most popular upbeat, rap, and pop music. Hip hop encompasses movement that has elements of popping, locking, and breaking as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style. Hip hop is urban, it’s street, it’s diverse, and forever changing.
Jazz Classes - Mini Star, Rising Star, Shooting Star, All Star
Get your child involved in the fast-paced jazz classes Premier has to offer. Your child will learn leaps, turns, kicks, and more in this energetic and fun atmosphere. Our instructors will provide your child with new, innovative, and creative choreography!
Lyrical Classes - Mini Star, Rising Star, Shooting Star, All Star
This style class will teach grace and beauty in choreography while incorporating ballet technique. Your dancer will learn combinations across the floor showcasing fluid movements and storytelling while focusing on technique and transitions.
Dance Classes
Ballet - Levels 1-6
Dancers learn the basic positions of the feet and arms, proper alignment, and ballet vocabulary in the beginning level classes. (Ballet 1 (Twinkle Star) - Ballet 3). They will continue to study and practice those techniques in greater depth in the higher-level classes (Ballet 4- Ballet 6), while also perfecting the barre exercises and center work. Ballet students will develop a strong foundation that can be used for all dance styles. They will learn technique, grace, and poise as well as build strength and increase their flexibility.
Tap Classes
This is a great class for anyone interested in moving their feet! Your child will learn how to tap along to the rhythm of any song! Your dancer will enjoy the sounds and creative choreography our instructors have to offer! We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for all age groups.
Leaps and Turns
This class is a great class for any dancer of any style. It involves stretching and conditioning as well as learning new jumps, leaps, and turn combinations. Your dancer will advance their technical skill while taking this class. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for all age groups.
Musical Theatre
This class is a great way to introduce your child to basic acting techniques, improvisation, character development, and stage direction. This class will focus on acting and auditioning techniques with performances featuring dancing, singing, and acting with Broadway music —a great class for the entire family!
